McPhee performed the electrical infrastructure replacement and upgrade for the Cigna Wilde Building for Dimeo Construction.
What was originally supposed to be a two year upgrade to the 685,000 square foot building turned into a one year total electrical infrastructure replacement.
McPhee completed installation of approximately 5,000 light fixtures, 46 emergency light relay control devices, over 700 120/277 V wall switches, 500 floor activations for tele/data and power devices, 400+ smoke detectors and sprinkler devices, and 12 fire alarm system tests during the first phases of the project. The last phase of the project included demolition, temporary power service, and replacement of the entire mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
